In Moscow, you can see countless attractions. The city was built on seven hills, but now only one of them is recognizable. This is Borovitsky Hill, on which the Kremlin and Red Square are located.

The Kremlin is a symbol of not only Moscow, but the whole Russia. The walls of the building were rebuilt in red brick in the 15th century, before that the walls were of white stone. Here precious jewels from the best and rarest stones are kept. The crowns and regalia of the family of Russian emperors are especially interesting. The oldest cathedral, the Assumption Cathedral, is also located on the territory of the Kremlin.

Novodevichy Convent is just one of many medieval monuments.

Kolomenskoye is another popular attraction, where the Voznesenskaya church was built in 1532.

Today, Moscow is a real metropolis. The Moscow Metro, founded in 1935, is famous not only for its long lines, but also for the design of its stations made of marble and granite.

The city landscape is easily recognizable by the “Seven Sisters” skyscrapers built in the middle of the last century with direct instructions from Stalin. Skyscrapers are built in the style of modern classicism and decorated with various sculptures and bas-reliefs. They create a unique look of the city. The most famous of these buildings are the building of Moscow State University and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The highest point of the city is Sparrow Hills. There is a tradition to visit this place on your wedding day.

The Bolshoi Theater of Moscow is the heart of Russian art. The State Central Concert Hall "Russia" is famous for its ballet and pop performances.

One of the most famous art museums in Moscow is the Tretyakov Gallery. The gallery was founded by Pavel Tretyakov, a wealthy patron of the arts who donated a large private collection to the city.

Another art museum in Moscow is the Pushkin Museum of Fine Arts. The halls of the museum are a slice of world civilizations with many plaster casts of ancient sculptures.
